We’re going to be honest: this isn’t one glamorous job. It’s a dozen small ones, and that’s exactly what makes it worth doing. You’ll see how a startup actually runs, not a sanitized version of it.

What you’ll do

• Data: keep our product data clean. Verify it, enter it, and hunt down what’s missing. Catch the errors before our customers do.
• Feedback & support: answer users, read what they’re telling us, separate signal from noise, and flag what needs fixing.
• Research: dig into markets, competitors and partners, then come back with something usable, not a list of links.
• Translation coordination: run our FR/EN/JA workflows, meaning deadlines, reviewers and follow-ups. You coordinate; you don’t translate Japanese.
• Admin: everything that keeps a small team from tripping over its own shoelace

We’re looking for a student who’s fluent in French and English, bothered by spreadsheet errors more than they probably should be, unfazed by ambiguity, and able to manage their own time. The role is 10–20 hours a week on a flexible schedule, fully remote within Canada, starting as soon as possible and wrapping up by May 20, 2027.

Since it’s funded through Venture for Canada’s Internship Program, you’ll need to be enrolled at an accredited Canadian college or university and hold Canadian citizenship, permanent residency or refugee status.
